These days, there are hundreds of different BBQ flavored snacks on the market. The variety of BBQ potato chips alone is virtually endless. Herr's potato chip company has several different BBQ chips themselves. Perhaps, none more unique than their Baby Back Ribs flavor.

Herr's Baby Back Ribs chips are crisp and wavy. Obviously, it's not possible to replicate the taste of baby back ribs in a potato chip, but Herr's makes an admirable attempt. These chips balance, sweetness and salt with savory BBQ spices. The flavor is pretty solid and not all together different from the flavors of BBQ ribs from most bar and grills.

There's no substitute for the real thing, but Herr's Baby Back Ribs chips are pretty tasty. They're good on their own and would be excellent with a bacon horseradish chip dip.
